Does the IPL GC still exist? Insiders say they have no clue

There is no Governing Council (GC) in place for the IPL anymore. The old or the new constitution of the BCCI notwithstanding, nobody in the cricket fraternity knows who is responsible for overseeing the tournament. At the moment, the BCCI's employees are busy handling the affairs and reporting to the CoA and the latter seems as clueless about these affairs as anyone else.
