Taking a break, Gagan Narang aims to return to 50m 3-p event

For the first time in his 22-year-old career which saw him win Olympic, Commonwealth and Asian Games medals, Gagan Narang will be skipping a national shooting championship. Gagan has decided to slip into the mentor’s role and watch his trainees in action at the ongoing nationals here. It will also give him the much-needed break to focus on building allround endurance, mental, physical and technical.
