Mumbai Mirror has learnt that Shaw was given a pep talk by the senior teammates in Australia.Tendulkar spoke to Shaw on the challenges modern cricketers face, how best to deal with them, and the need to block everything out to focus on the job.The intervention of Tendulkar could turn out to be the best thing to have happened to Shaw, who could lead Indian batting.
