Suresh Raina first player to score 5000 runs in IPL

Suresh Raina etched his name in the history books of the Indian Premier League with the Chennai Super Kings batsman becoming the first batsman to score 5000 IPL runs on Saturday. The left-handed batsman has so far notched up one hundred and 35 half-centuries in the 177 matches.
