Toor eyes 21m shot-put mark at World Championships

The 24-year-old Toor qualified for the World C'ships in Doha this month as the area champion (Asian Games gold medallist) from Asia and is currently training in the Czech Republic. His personal best of 20.75 metres, which won him the Asiad gold in Jakarta, is also a national record. However, the qualifying standard for the Olympics is 21.10 metres.
