Uber to Buy Alcohol Delivery Startup Drizly for $1.1 Billion, Will Be Integrated With Uber Eats

Uber said it was acquiring the startup Drizly, specialising in delivery of beer, wine and spirits, and would integrate it with its Uber Eats service.
