WhatsApp Testing Image Quality Settings to Help Users Send Photos Without Compressing Much

WhatsApp for Android beta v2.21.14.16 has been released and the code suggests that the company is working on bringing image quality settings in-app to enable users to send photos with minimal compression. The setting is currently under development and is not up for beta testing.
